Floral Design Again: Boutonnieres

So I went to floral design this week and the focus of the lab was boutonnieres. We made four different kinds: the rose, the carnation, the daisy, and the wildflower. They were so easy to make even for a perfectionist like me. You just take the beautiful long-stemmed rose and chop it into a very small-stemmed rose and the you wire it and wrap it, add the leaf and baby's breath and wrap it again, curl the stem and you are on your way to a beautiful rose boutonniere.

The Rose Boutonniere

The Carnation Boutonniere (aka the funeral boutonniere).
On this one we had to wire the leaf also which is a little tricky but it turned out beautifully.

Picture of all four types of boutonnieres, yep I'm going pro!
